What is the easiest way to get to and change the seals on the oil cooler?

I just did this job so it's still fresh in my mind. Mine is a '65 140 but others should be the same. You need to remove the cooler. Its held in place basically with two bolts.
Start by removing the alternator. Then the (I think) 4 sheet metal screws; 2 above the cooler, 2 below. Remove the small sheet metal cover. (Oh, and also the winter heater plate.) Then remove the 5/16 bolt on the left, followed by the long 5/16 bolt on the right. The cooler is now disconnected but probably held by the sheet metal on the left. Pull the right side so the left will disengage.
The two o-rings should stay in the block. They are thick; just put new ones in place and installation is reverse.
Start it up and check for leaks.
